SDVC34MRJ help you to feed parts whose quentity that you expect

 Introduction


In the process of the Automated manufacturing, the feeding parts quantity need to be control. Our product SDVC34 series can solve this problem. When the quantity of the feeding parts arrive the setting quantity in the controller, the power output will be stopped. In some situation, the feeder bowl feed the parts quickly and for counting the parts accurately, when approximate the quantity expected , the feeding speed will slow down until arriving the quantity that you set.

Operation
  1. Long press the Function Button and Up Button to enter the adjusting parameter interface.

2. Short press Function Button continuouslly for switching to the parameter Tc.

3.Short Press the Up Button to start the counter.

4.Switch to the J parameter (The maximum number of counter which you expect ) by Short press the Function Button one time and increase the value of the parameter by short press the 🔺 button (decrease the value by short press the 🔻 button).

 5.Use the proximity sensor to count the material. when the count number reaches 10, the vibrator is stop and the stop indicator lights up.

  6.Reset the counter of the controller by short press the 🔺 or 🔻 button.
  7.Reset the counter of the controller by short the reset port  and GND port.

The SDVC40 feeder controller is designed specially for the feeder base that is piezoelectric

Introduction
The controller is designed for controlling vibratory feeder in the automation system. In most situation, the piezoelectric feeder base will be used, but the control method of which is different with electromagnetic type. we design the SDVC40 feeder controller for the piezoelectric feeder base, and it can provide the Maximum output current is 150 mA. The output frequency is from 40Hz to 400Hz and the working Ambient temperature is not allowed over 40 ℃.


Feature
Frequency adjustment: output frequency of the controller can be manually adjusted to resonant frequency of the vibratory feeder to get smooth and quiet.

Automatic High Precision Voltage Regulation: the internal digital voltage regulation circuit can eliminate feed speed variation caused by mains voltage fluctuation.

Time Adjustable Soft Start: the controller will gently increase output voltage from 0 to the preset value when power on to avoid sudden shake. 

Photoelectric Sensor ON/OFF Control: The CUH intelligent photoelectric sensor can be connected to turn on/off the power output of the controller.

Remote Speed control: Output Voltage of the controller can be adjusted remotely by an external potentiometer, a PLC, or a 1-5V DC signal.

DC Control output: the controller can output 24V DC voltage associated with the ON/OFF State of the power output to drive a relay or other external devices.

Switch sensor ON/OFF Control: 1 NPN switch sensor or PLC can be connected to trun on/off the power output of the controller.

Introduction of SDVC20 variable voltage vibratory feeder controller

Introduction 

This series controller can remote the feeder speed by potentiometer, so as to make the controller positioned away from the control panel. The internal digital voltage regulation circuit can reduce feeder speed changes caused by Input power voltage fluctuation. The output waveform is sinusoidal which controlled by bidirectional thyristor. There are two output frequency can be output, one is the same as input power frequency and the other is double input power frequency. For example, if the input power frequency is 60Hz, the output frequency are 60Hz and 120Hz separately.


Function
  1. Adjustable Soft Start Timer: the controller will smoothly increase output voltage from 0 to the preset value when the power on to avoid the feeder bowl shake.
  2. Preset Speed (Feed Speed store and recall): 4 feed speeds can be preset, remote to change the feed speed by combination of two switch or PLC signals.
  3. Remote Speed Control: Power output voltage of the controller can be adjusted remotely by an external potentiometer, a 1-5V DC signals of PLC or other 1-5V DC signals.
  4. 24V DC output control: The controller can output 24V DC voltage follow the ON/OFF power output of controller to drive a relay switch or other external devices.
  5. Dual switch sensor ON/OFF power output: 2 NPN switch sensors or PLC's relay can be conected to turn on/off the power output of controller.
  6. CUH photoelectric sensor ON/OFF power output: The sensor can turn on/off the power output of controller.

Keep the correct parts level in the bowl by SDVC34 vibratory feeder controller without parts level sensor

Introduction

In some case, the automatic feeding system include hopper, feeder bowel, in line feeder and  robot arm. when the feeder bowl is empty or below the parts level which you expect in the bowl, you need to feed it manually or automatically from hopper. Most situation you should use the parts level sensor to see whether the bowel is empty or not, but our controller can help you to achieve it without level sensor and the level expected can be adjusted by parameter in the controller. In addition when the feeder bowel is empty or below the level that you expect, the controller will give a 24V DC signal that could enable the alarm light bulb, the hopper or other automatic devices.

The principle of detecting the parts level

The controller can stabilize automatically the feeder speed by vibration sensor. when the amount of parts in the bowel is decrease, the power output voltage will be decreased for keeping the constant feeder speed, so we can know the parts level in the bowl by the power output voltage.

The threshold value, the lowest parts level in the feeder bowel, can be adjusted by the parameter "GL" in the controller.

Searching the resonant frequency of the feeder bowl by SDVC34 controller

Introduction

When you use vibratory feeder controller to drive the electromagnetic vibrator, you need often search the resonant frequency of the vibrator manually for the well working amplitude.  In some situation, the resonant frequency of the vibrator may be changed and some controllers can't follow the changing frequency automatically, so we designed a controller which can search the resonant frequency of the vibrator automatically. when the resonant frequency of the vibrator changed, the controller can change the output frequency of the controller automatically all time for matching the changing frequency of the vibrator. 

Using method of the controller

1.Fixing the vibration sensor


2.Entering the automatic resonant frequency search function

 Press the "🔺" button and "🔻" button simultaneously and hold for two seconds           for entering the Searching  resonant frequency function.


3.Searching the resonant frequency is successful 

 when the display screen show the "SAVE", the controller have found the resonant frequency of the vibrator successfully.

  1. This controller can track the resonant frequency of the vibrator in real time.
  2. when you connect the vibration sensor to the controller and no operation in  ten seconds, the controller can enter the Automatic Resonant Frequency Search function automatically instead of pressing  "🔺" and "🔻" buttons.

Brief Introduction of SDVC34 Variable Frequency Vibratory Feeder Controller

Introduction
The SDVC34 controller is designed for controlling the Bowl Feeder, Linear Vibrator.
  1. This controller can search the resonant frequency of bowl feeder and linear vibrator automatically by vibration sensor.
  2. There are two ON/OFF digital control terminal of the controller to cycle turn the feeder bowl ON or OFF, and you could connect the switch sensor or PLC digital output port or PLC relay port to the terminal. 
  3. You could adjust all the parameters of the controller by RS485 communication, it can support ASCII/RTU Modbus protocol. 
  4. The controller will stop its power output to protect itself and the load, when the output current exceeds rated value.

The Default Setting Restoration Operation of SDVS30 series Intelligent Optical Feeding Parts Sorting Controller

Introduction
The SDVS30 series controller designed for sorting the feeding parts in Automatic vibrating feeding system. Sometimes, you maybe not sure which of the parameters has changed so that the controller can't work following your expectation, and you could use the Default Settings Restoration function to set all the parameters to the default value.

The operation of the Default Settings Restoration function as shown in the video:

  1. The above operation only takes the parameter group A as an example.
  2. Each parameter group of A, B, C, D has its own reset function that "Default Setting Restoration".
  3. The reset operation of parameter group B is similar to the parameter group A , and press the Set Button and Up Button for 2 seconds to enter the parameter group A setting interface and press the Switch Button to enter the parameter group B interface.

Our new product SDVS30 series controllers sort feeding parts by optical feature of parts

Introduction
In automatic vibrating feeding system, you will encounter the situation that feeding workpiece has the same shape so that the feeding device can not sort it by shape. If the workpiece has different optical features itself, the SDVS30 series controller can sort the feeding parts based on its surface reflective property. The controller is so intelligent that you only need set it with simply operation steps. The following takes the sorting material as an example to introduce the operation steps of the controller.

The "Preset Speed" help you using two digital signal to switch feeder speed that you could preset

INTRODUCTION

In the process of the auto-manufacturing, engineer need to switch between different speeds according to different materials. For convenience and easy adjustment, presetting the feeder speeds which will be remembered by the controller,  when the materials is changed, use two digital signal to Switch the corresponding speed that remembered.
I will show you how to use the "Preset Speed" function that switching the feeder speeds using two digital signal.

 READY

You need to prepare a vibratory feeder controller (Product Type: SDVC20S), 15 Pin Plug, two self-locked switch and some wires, As follows:

PRESET SPEED

The "Preset speed" can switch between four speeds and the speed is decided by the combined state of two digital signals. when switch A or switch B signal is valid, The speed A or B indicator will be Correspondingly light up, as follows table 1:

The "Remote Speed " help you to solve the trouble that manually adjusting the feeder speed

  INTRODUCTION

      For safety and beauty, the vibratory feeder controller as an important part of the vibratory feeding system is usually installed in the control cabinet,and sometimes you need to open the door of control cabinet frequently to adjust the output voltage of the controller. For convenience, The Remote Speed of our controller can help you to adjust the output voltage remotely.
      There are three methods to achieve "Remote Speed" : Linear Potentiometer, 1~5 V analog voltage signal and 4~20 mA analog current signal.

NOTE

  1. When the Remote speed is valid, the "Remote ctrl" indicator on the panel of the controller lights up.
  2. If you find the feeder speed increased with Anticlockwise rotating the potentiometer, when using the potentiometer to adjust the feeder speed, you could exchange the location of the +5 V wire and the GND wire, so that the feeder speed increase with clockwise rotating the potentiometer.
  3. When the Voltage signal above 0.5 V in using the 1-5 V Signal to control feeder speed, the Remote Speed is valid.
  4. When the Current signal above 2 mA in using the 4-20 mA Signal to control feeder speed, the Remote Speed is valid.
